Intune taking all cpu

We have users that have issues with Intune MDM Agent taking all CPU usage.
Do you know why this happen since they can't work on their computer anymore?

    Finally the customer told me that after a couple days the CPU went down to normal. He rebooted the computer and everything was fine.

    Can you please define exactly what "Intune MDM Agent" is? What process specifically as there isn't technically such a thing so we need to first determine exactly what process you are referring to?

    Thanks for your time.
    I have been told that the agent is there to gather the inventory of the PC for Intune.
    I will check more in detail what is involved in that process and come back to you.
    I need to connect to the customer's computer for that.
