Windows not detecting nvidia driver

My windows 10 isn't detecting my graphic card (nvidia geforce 1050) even after trying many fixes and resets, now the goforce driver isn't available in device manager even with "show hidden devices" option

    Hi Rayen,

    Below is the support page for your laptop on the Lenovo website, there is a new BIOS update available on that page, try installing that to see if your BIOS needs updating, then try installing the Nvidia drivers they recommend.

    Thank you for that information, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Did you go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, to download and install the version of Nvidia drivers they recommend, and if that is not successful, download Nvidia Experience form the Nvidia website, to see if that can find and install a compatible Nvidia driver?
