Hi @Anonymous , what subscription type do you have? This could be caused by throttling if there's too much data being sent at once. How much data is being scanned?

I wonder if anyone else has experienced that when running a network scan job using Azure Information Protection that the file shares on a file server being scanned become unresponsive and can take over 5 min to load?
Does anyone know of why this is happening and how to fix so that the shares remain usable during a scan?
