I need help fixing this 0x80070422. I have Windows 10 and its been a long time since I updated my Windows. I cant even remember when. This Windows 10 PC is worst even their own update cant finish successful.

Error code 0x00000422 ("ERROR_SERVICE_DISABLED") means the Windows Update service is disabled. The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.
Open Services.msc, and double-click Windows Update and set its Startup type to Manual.
Click Start to start the service. Note down the error messages if any and post them back here.
