All Microsoft apps including start button, settings calc, etc. all not opening after recent windows updates in Windows 10

After recent windows update all Microsoft apps are not opening or blocked with this error "This app has been blocked by your system administrator"

    Since settings app also not opening i used control panel to uninstall the latest updates but still the issue was not resolved.

    You can try to uninstall the windows updates or go back to your previous version of windows.Click on below link and use windows recovery options.

    Thanks for your response.

    but the provided link didnt help me. This issue happened after Windows update KB5019959 or KB5020613. I couldn't figure out which update exactly
