I could use the F10 and F12 keys to enter those screens but it does not matter anymore. I think the restart loop fried my power supply unit. I cannot get the thing to turn on at all now. Even the little power test button on the back of computer will get anything to happen. Looks like I will be removing the SSD data drive this weekend so I get the data off of it. Not sure it is worth the time and money to get a new power supply, install and then fix this problem!
ReBoot Loop windows 10
Got to my desk and secondary computer told me the hard drive was 2GB from being full. When I moved the mouse the screen started to flicker and glich. I decided to to reboot. When it started to reboot a blue screen came up Y
Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart
We'll restart for you
Stopcode: System thread exception not handled
FLTMGR.SYS
When the system started to reboot another blue page comes up telling that there was an error in restarting (not an exact quote) and gives me options. I go through the options and and eventually pick the options where the computer tries to repair the problem. During the check of the hard drive it finds an error on the hard drive and fixes the problem (or so it says) and after I tell the computer to restart. It does but now I get the.
Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart
We'll restart for you
Stopcode: System thread exception not handled
FLTMGR.SYS
and the computer goes into a reboot loop with the above message comming up every time.
Now as it is rebooting/restarting the following flashes on the screen in what looks like a bios screen
Flashing
Rom Image is not loaded
Rom Image update denied
I can not stop the loop, short of unplugging the machine, Any body got an idea as to what is going on and how to stop it?

2022-11-10T10:33:03+00:00 Hi mslacat2363,
Thanks for updating me.
If the Troubleshooting Environment does not come up, go through step number 3 creating a bootable USB.
Are you able to enter BIOS? from there, change the boot priority to the bootable USB.
Please keep me posted.

2022-11-09T18:18:53+00:00 OK I have figured out how to shut down the computer with-in the loop. I have shut it down about 5 times in row but when ever I start it up again it goes back into it's loop. No options to do anything. is there a Key I can push during the start up that will force the options tp come up?

2022-11-09T17:41:32+00:00 I am having a very tough time getting the computer to shutdown (I have not tried unplugging it becuase I am afraid of what that will do). As I said up above the computer is in a loop of restarting. So I am trying to shut down when the Blue screen comes up and says
Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart
We'll restart for you
Stopcode: System thread exception not handled
FLTMGR.SYS
To Shut down I am using and holding in the power button in the attempt. I have only been successful once of getting it to shutdown. It just continues to loop. The one time I did succefully get it to shut down, when I started it, it went back to the loop. started the loop again. One additional piece of information: about every 10th (guess) or so it tries to reboot it will go into check hardware screen. It will do this successfully and then I will need to hit the Continue button. After which it will start the loop again.
