Why won't Intel Management Engine Interface start in device manager?
In device manager it shows an explanation mark.
The device cannot start. (Code 10)
An invalid parameter was passed to a service or function.
This was installed after a PC Reset. clean Windows 10 install
Intel product signed Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher.

Usually, a Code 10/43 error is a temporary error, generated when Device Manager can't start the hardware device. This most commonly occurs when you are using an outdated driver, downloading and installing the latest driver from the motherboard manufacturer's website should fix this problem.
