Your drives do not look like they are Encrypted, have you ever use Bitlocker or the built in EFS Encryption to encrypt your drives?

The first thing to do is to choose that option to backup the Encryption keys form that Control Panel window and keep them somewhere safe (not on either drive) in case you drives do get locked and you cannot access them

Click your Start Button, then just type cmd and on the resulting menu, right click Command Prompt and select 'Run as Administrator.
Run this command and press Enter:
fsutil behavior set disableencryption 1
