App blocked by System admin

i am not able to open Windows Start or other Windows app anymore.

Looking into System Logs i do get

Ein DCOM-Server konnte nicht gestartet werden: Microsoft.Windows.Search_1.14.7.19041_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy!CortanaUI.AppXf8r3d8cn5hd71h9jyzah6ak9f3shj2d2.mca als Nicht verfügbar/Nicht verfügbar. Fehler: "2147943660" Aufgetreten beim Start dieses Befehls: "C:\WINDOWS\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.Search_cw5n1h2txyewy\SearchApp.exe" -ServerName:CortanaUI.AppX8z9r6jm96hw4bsbneegw0kyxx296wr9t.mca

Windows 10 Version is 22H2 (Build 19045.2251)

sfc /scannow and dism /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth did not help.

"mrt" did not Report any Error. I also Checked GPO.

    I Removed the GPO which was linked to this PC. and All Apps are working now as expected.

    this PC is part of a Domain. Nothing was changed in the Domain. and all other PC's are ok.
