Linked Accounts function not working

At https://learn.microsoft.com/ In Profile ... Setting ... Account Management ... Linked Accounts ....the function is not working. Im unable to link my Microsoft account with my personal account. In attempting to do so the site simply logs in with the respective account and never adds the linked account.

    Linking microsoft accounts is no longer supported.

    what you can do is create an alias and logon with that.
