@Jatinder Singh
Hi,
If you want to reuse Windows 10 from Server 2012, The best way I suggest is to back up your data first and execute a clean install requiring delete disk C only where contains operating system (Server 2012).
First. Select the Start button, and then select Settings > Update&Security and then select Back up.(removable disk, USB or another fixed Volume or partition is required)
Second, after store all data, you need to execute clean install, you can download origin windows media creation tools from
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 click download tool now. Then open it and choose install on a usb disk.
Third, the detailed usage using a USB disk to install windows10 can be found in

Hope above information can help you.

Boot from the installation media, delete / recreate partitions, continue the install by following the prompts.

Make sure to install the edition that lines up with the license.
