Hi Ramesh. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, here to help you.
The error 90% of the time means bad media. Make sure to create it using only the Media Creation Tool following the steps toward the bottom of the download page here in the section "Using the tool to create installation media:" https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/software-downlo...
Then if you want to keep Linux on the same drive follow this tutorial to continue:
https://www.groovypost.com/howto/dual-boot-wind...
If you can use a separate drive it will always work better, then you can unplug the Linux drive while you install Windows and boot your choice via the BIOS Boot priority or the one-time Boot Menu key: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutor...
Do this gold standard Windows 10 Clean Install that compiles the best possible Install of Windows which will stay that way as long as you stick with the tools and methods given, has zero reported problems, and is better than any amount of money could buy: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki....

Report back results for each step so I know what else to suggest.
Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.
