Hello Jin, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

I understand that your PC cannot start properly displaying error 0xc0000001;

Initially for this problem I suggest you try to use system restore by accessing Automatic repair;

To access Auto Repair;

Turn on the PC and as soon as the manufacturer's logo appears, press the Power button to force the PC to shut down;

Repeat this process 3 times, the fourth time you turn on the PC it will go to the Auto Repair screen;

In Automatic repair, click Advanced options > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore;

Select a date when the PC started normally and try to restore the PC;

If the restore completes successfully, check if you can start normally;

Hope this helps, see you soon!
