Is there any way to get access to my old password because I am completly locked out of my pc. There is no internet connection and it requiers my last used password which I cant remember

There is no way to know your password, the only way is to reset it, but you need the Internet in the case of a Microsoft account password.

There is another way but it is not always possible and that is by activating the built-in administrator from the recovery environment.

Follow the below steps:

1. Press Shift and Restart from the power icon (together)
2. Select Troubleshoot.
3. Go to Advanced Options.
4. Select Command Prompt.
5. Type "net user Administrator /active:yes"
6. Hit Enter.
