    1. Please run:

    a) V2 log collector:

    https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/2198-bsod-posting-instructions.html https://www.elevenforum.com/t/bsod-posting-instructions.103/

Post share links into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

(bat scripts by design prompt antivirus software and require manual overrides)

    b) Tuneup plus: https://www.tenforums.com/attachments/bsod-crashes-debugging/360137d1645183388-batch-files-use-bsod-debugging-tuneup_plus_log.bathttps://www.elevenforum.com/attachments/tuneup_plus_log-bat.36285/

    c) diskparinfo: https://www.tenforums.com/attachments/bsod-crashes-debugging/355861d1640707960-batch-files-use-bsod-debugging-diskparinfo.bat

    d) Upgrade failure info https://www.tenforums.com/attachments/bsod-crashes-debugging/353454d1638278360-batch-files-use-bsod-debugging-upgrade_failure_info.bat

    1. Post images or share links displaying disk management:

(by default rows and columns are compressed and characters are cutoff)

Widen these rows: disk 0, disk 1, disk 2, etc. > make sure that no characters are cutoff

Widen these columns: Volume and Sources > make sure that no characters are cutoff

Hi Candow. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP and Volunteer Moderator, here to help you.

This normally means the System Reserved or EFI System partition is not big enough to Upgrade, it needs to be extended using a special tool I can help you with.

But first please post a screenshot of Disk Management, which I read like a doctor reads X-rays. Follow the steps here so I can see everything needed to advise you: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/foru...

The steps are the same for Windows 11.

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on detailed results you post back I will have other suggestions if necessary.
