Good morning,

2 days ago when I logged on I could no longer leave a comment or read any comments. I can no longer see any of my previous comments because I can't even get to that point.

Could you let me know why?

Thank you,

Michelle Espeaignette

I am in this exact situation now. I dont want to lose my comments or activity, and the problem is only with my PC. The app still works on my device, so I know my work still exists, but still cannot be accessed on PC.

UPDATE: I resolved this issue on My machine! I was able to fix this issue by turning off sync in Microsoft Edge, signing out, removing the profile, then creating a new profile. Warning, it seems that the time that commenting was not working, nothing else was either, as I lost a lot of history, both in search, and pages visited. May have lost other information, and I have not checked other devices as of yet.

"Exact same issue on my machine. (Windows 11, MS Edge). I cannot see my profile, Activity just tells me to join (then sits and spins indefinitely), and cannot see comment on articles, not even the blue oval bubble. Have cleared Edges cache, and reset edge. Attempted to sign in and out both in web and on Edge. I can reach my microsoft account and even change settings there. This does not happen with Chrome, as I can see and view everthing.

This is an issue with Edge, that happened without me changing any settings beforehand. Tell me how to fix!"
