I thought my laptop was lost so used the lock function on Microsoft 365 for devices. My computer is now locked and I can’t unlock it. It’s requesting I log in as an administrator but won’t let me accesss the administrator section through Ctrl-alt-delete to reset it.

Try restarting your laptop and then do the same or other solutions by following below link.

If it doesn't work then you need to contact Microsoft Support regarding that since it's related to your account.

Nothing happens, I keep pressing and it stays on the same screen. It doesn’t take me to a task master screen for me to put in the administrator password.

Hi, I'm Hania, I'm here to help you.

May I ask what exactly happens when you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE? Please provide a screenshot.

    Kind Regards,
    Hania.
