Cannot install Dell Support Assistant

I am using windows 11 22H2 but my problem began while using win10 and continues. I cannot install Dell support assistant in regular of safe modes.
It stated with me not being able to install updates it was not possible to install update. So I uninstalled support assistant to reinstall but could not. In the regular mode it fails at downloading installation files and in safe mode it just fails, any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
I'm using a Dell Precision 7740 and have no problem installing any other programs/apps or updates.
