installing OS Problem

Hello I have the following problem today my new computer arrived it is kind of a gamer and I need to install window 10 on it But when I want to boot my bottle it shows an orange screen with white vertical lines And I can't fix it Please anyone help me i saw some youtube videos how to fix it but i need a command panel but since my pc is new i dont have OS so help please

    In this case, you will need to create the Windows installation USB using the Media Creator Tool on another computer where Windows is running.

    After that, try to start that USB on this computer and analyze if the print problem also happens.

    Yes i have USB Device already but the problem is that i can install windows 10 on setup file when i open the FlashDrive the problem is that i cant because i Dont have installed OS and i cant Also yes the SATA setting is turned to AHCI when i try to boot i get orange screen with white vertical lines something like this

    So Please help me fix this screen
