convert my pics from json back to jpg

my pic jpg files were converted to json and won't display as a photo. Not sure how this happened. Help!

    Hello Mike,

    Thank you for updating me with that information. Have you tried downloading and double clicking the .jpg reg file? When was the last time it worked properly?

    Please check the support article below if it helps. Make sure to find the .jpg in the list then select Photos app.

    1. Download the jpg .reg file from the link below and save it to your computer
      https://www.tenforums.com/attachments/tutorials...
    2. Double click on the downloaded .reg file to merge it
    3. When prompted, click Yes, and OK.
    4. Restart your computer

    The files have a .json extension. I downloaded the link. #1, but saw no #2 option. I tried to "open using" Adobe Acrobat and they now show as an acrobat file. I tried to open using firefox and got the stuff below.
