Hi BillyBoyBow, well done, I am glad you have found the cause of that popup.
select C:/WINDOWS/system32/msg.EXE pop up
ive tried every thing i have used malware bytes the windows defender and norton all have came back with nothing this command prompt has made mee loose projects and tab me out constantly nothing seems to trigger it it just pops up I have no back ups and the only one I have still has this issue when I close the window with task manager and just closing it nothing works I just need help getting rid of it nothing aperes I don't want to just wipe the system or wast the cash on taking it to a shop this is my last hope help!!!

Or You can
Open C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe
regeit.exe and find it in there

Thank you for that information, there must be some background app trying to run a message Bos.
When that pops up again, do not close the popup, open Task Manager and select the Processes tab to see if you can find what app is producing the popup.

When the file downloads, unzip it.
Run Autoruns64 as Administrator
In the search box in Autoruns, type: msg.exe
Does that find any entry, if it does, please provide a screenshot of that
