Hi RabbiSamoa-
I'm Kevin B. Windows user like you. I do apologize for the inconvenience, let me help you sort things out.
Have you tried to use different browser or in private session ?
Beside from system restore is there any changes made before the issue happened?
Press Windows Key + X.
Click on Command prompt (Admin).
Type the following commands, and hit Enter after each command:
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
Close the command prompt and restart the computer and see if issue persists. Please let me know what will happen. Hope this will help and have a blessed day!
Thanks,
Kevin B.
