I seem to be using up space on my ssd drive, I have 301gb used up via my user profile mainly photos (yet i have all of my lightroom pics on a separate 2tb hard drive) have i got them twice?

This is an open community, whenever you need you can share the problem so that possible repairs are suggested.
I recommend downloading the TreeSize tool and evaluating which folders are consuming a lot of space and delete it if it's not system file folders.
With this tool it will be easier to identify which folders are taking up a lot of space and if you really copied them twice.
