Windows taskbar settings doesn't maximize

Sometimes , when I click the settings icon in the windows taskbar. The settings wont maximize .

    Wait i will do the steps that u advised me.

    And yeah i tried the system file checker steps already

    Thanks for sharing the videos.

    It seems it happened to all opened tasks not only Settings. Have you tried the provided steps?

    If yes, create a new local user account to see if the issue still persists or not:
