File download error

I can't download any file into my laptop. I even try to download same file using different web browsers, but it didn't work. Please help me.

    Do you receive any error messages when trying to download the files, if so could you take a screenshot of these?

    Ok this means that you download location is not allowing you to write files to it, you can alter the download location here:

    Hi,

    Can you try changing the download path?

    Visit the following page in Edge:

    edge://settings/downloads#All

    You can change the default download location there.
