System _Thread_Exception_Not_Handled windows 11

I recently bought a new MAINGEAR VECTOR PRO laptop and it ran perfectly fine the first week. Than after the first ever “update and shutdown” on the computer I ran into this BSOD (it also has no stop/error code that goes along with it). I fixed it by deleting the quality/performance updates and than restoring to an older version. It came up again a few days later after being provided with a message that said to turn on something regarding anti-virus in windows security. I turned it on and it said that it needs a restart to work. I did the restart and the BSOD came up again. This time I had no restored points so I had to reset my computer as nothing else was working. I have had to reset my computer a few times now as the BSOD comes up every 1-2 days without updating or doing anything to windows. When the BSOD comes up the only way I can get into my computer is through the safe mode unless I reset it. I have also attempted to get the my zip Dmp file into OneDrive so I can send the link but it does not work while in safe mode (I assume) because it always says the status is syncing. It also says that the OneDrive is “attempting to sign in”. Please help.

    Hi Ryan,

Thanks for sharing the minidump file.

The minidump file indicates RTKVHD64.sys as a cause of the file which is related to the Realtek(r) High-Definition Audio Function Driver.

Kindly try to completely uninstall this driver from Device Manager, then download and install the latest or compatible driver only from the manufacturer's official website.

If you couldn't perform these steps since your computer starts only in Safe Mode, you can delete or disable the driver to see if your computer gets into Windows normally or not.

Please do not hesitate to ask if you need further assistance.

    Stay safe.

How would I go about transferring the files to another computer? I can only boot the computer in safe mode. Safe mode networking brings me no wifi options, “You aren’t connected to any networks” with the following message next to it that says “get help”. I have tried a couple of fixes and tried to hookup an Ethernet cable to my router/computer and I still have no wifi. I have tried to send the Dmp files through one drive but it just says the sync is pending (bc I have no internet) and I can’t go on google drive because I have no internet. I would think the only solution is to transfer the files over to another computer but I’m not sure how because I have no internet. Would I need to sign into Microsoft on that account after with a locally saved reset on another computer and find the file (if that’s possible)?

    Hi Ryan,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Kindly check C:\Windows\Minidump and copy available minidump files to the desktop or transfer them to another working computer, then share them via One Drive or Google Drive in order to be analyzed and indicate which file is causing the crash.

Or you can share the Event Viewer logs:
