I have Windows 10 on a Dell laptop with an HP 4500 printer. Several weeks ago I tried a system restore that went awry. I was finally able to use my computer and all is well. EXCEPT, I get "Please wait while Windows configures TrayApp." It never finishes & I can't get rid of it. I've tried reinstalling my printer to no avail. No TrayApp.
Please help me get rid of it! Thanks.
