Recycle bin corrupted

Hello,
I got an error message that my recycle bin on my D drive is corrupted.
i tried to use cmd to delete the recycle bin folder but it says "the system cannot find the path specified." I also tried sfc /scannow but it didnt find anything.

Hi Akos,
I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.

Try deleting the Recycle Bin folder in the safe mode. The following steps hold good for 11 as well.

Start Windows 11 and Restart Windows twice at boot screen.
It opens diagnostic repair.
On the next screen, Click Advanced options.
Click Startup settings and Press OK.
Press F5 to boot to Safe mode with networking.
