Shiftキーを押しながらシャットダウンし再度起動してみるのと
タスクバーの音量アイコンを右クリックからトラブルシューティングの実行と以下を試してみてください。
「Windows のサウンドまたはオーディオの問題を修正する」
パソコンの音が出なくなった。どうしたらいい？

ボリュームのメモリが0になったまま動かず、調節しようとしてもできない。再起動なども何度か試したが効果がなかった。
