Pls help me!

I have a Chuwi Herobook Pro!

It has windows 11 home

Today I tryid to get windows 11 22H2 and after some hours I did fail!I checked youtube!I watched what is sayd o tryd that but is also so

It says:

"Windows 11, version 22H2 is availabile."

"We couldn't install this update,but you can try again (0x80246019)

What can I do?

Pls help

    Hi Soimul Auriu,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    The most successful method to install version 22h2 is to se the latest Windows 11 ISO

    Please follow the steps, this is then just an update and your files and applications will remain untouched.

    to download the Windows11ISO

    When the ISO file completes downloading

    Disconnect from the Internet

    Temporarily disable any 3rd party Anti-virus you may have installed

    Then, in Windows File Explorer, double click the ISO and then run Setup.exe and select the upgrade option.

    Hi Soimul Auriu,

    You can just copy your files to a USB drive that is the simplest method of backing up, the only reason I suggest that is, it is never enough to have just one copy of your files, this has nothing to do with that update, it is just good advice in general.

    Hi Soimul Auriu,

    Provided yo open the ISO in File Explorer and select the Upgrade option, your personal files, settings and installed data will not be touched by the update. I have used this method on all my laptops and never had a problem.

    As always, it is important to have a backup of your files, even if you are not updating Windows.
