This is neither a Windows error nor a Microsoft error. Fusion 360 is an Autodesk product.

If the error truly is while you're attempting to download Fusion 360 (i.e., copy an installer file from some website to your computer), then the problem most likely is caused by a badly-coded website. That suggests that you're downloading from some non-official source. If the site from which you're attempting to download the Fusion 360 installer is a reputable retailer, ask them for help.

If, as is more likely, the problem is when you're attempting to install Fusion 360, then the problem is most likely because the installation file that you're using is corrupted. If you obtained the installation file directly from Autodesk (the publisher of Fusion 360), then ask Autodesk support for help: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support

If you obtained Fusion 360 from some source other than Autodesk or a reputable retailer, you could try asking in Autodesk's Fusion 360 forum: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360/ct-p/1234
