Microsoft Windows Duplicating

Recently, windows has been duplicating multiple things many times such as desktop icons, and even pages in OneNote. It can do this up to 1000 times and when I put them in the recycle bin it duplicates them again. I have tried resetting windows 5 times, and that has not done anything. Can I please have some help with this? Thanks.

This is also on a school computer by the way.

    Please provide a screenshot of your Desktop showing the duplication you are referring to, so I can see the problem

    Does your school manage the computer, and do they use some sort of cloud service that may be causing the duplicates to be downloaded to the computer?
