i try to download an app from microsoft store. the processing starting by downloading but not installing. this app is asus screen pad plus with screen xpert 3 i have already xpert 2 install. it like an update. i check in files explorer and the download is not there. who know how to do it.

    i think i was wrong. the update of this existhing app is already done. i check the last version of this app and it have been update. i was confuse about not finding the download in files explorer. so thank you anyway for your reply.
