Windows 11 Left Click Issue

When I updated from windows 10 to windows 11 ive been having issues with my left click. At first it started as sometimes my left click not registering properly when i was selecting multiple things and eventually it went away with updates however now I am finding that sometimes a single left click registers as a double click and when i am moving windows around (i.e firefox) they will just randomly expand like i double clicked. I have tried a lot of google'able fixes like changing the double click speed.. I've even reinstalled windows 11. This isn't an issue on windows 10, only windows 11.
