Rioddas disk drive

I have a rioddas external disc drive it's recognised by my pc, but when I try and eject a disk the draw does not open

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

    Please try this method: right click on the Start button and select Run, then paste the following command:

    RunDll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll

    Safely remove hardware screen will be displayed. Select the decided device and click the stop button.

    There is usually a pin hole in which you can insert a paper clip (straightened) to force eject, also try press and release
