Task Manager won't update, close, or execute tasks

Since the latest win11 update, my task manager can only force close apps intermittently, and sometimes doesn't even refresh to show active applications. Additionally, every time I close it, instead of just closing like it used to, it blanks out, stops responding, and then crashes. I play many modded games and use task manager daily to navigate crashes and freezes, which has become an absolute thorn in my side. I have already attemped 'sfc /scannow' and all three DISM commands, all of which did not work. I've also failed to find anyone else who has been able to replicate this issue. Whilst experiencing the issue, I performed all available windows updates hoping it would fix the problem, which unfortunately didn't work.
