Hi,

I have gotten 2 blue screens in a matter of 2 hours, before both of the blue screens I was playing valorant, before the second blue screen I noticed that my laptop was acting weird. I have also noticed that a specific services stops working exactly 2 minutes before the blue screen. With the first blue screen it was "Windows stopped working" and with the second "Realtek HD Audio Universal Service stopped working"

First Blue screen :

HI,

Sorry for the late response.

I'm glad to know that the issue doesn't persists anymore.

Anyway, the BSOD errors are caused by vgk.sys. It is Riot Vanguard anticheat component for Valorant.

If you get BSOD errors again, you can check the solutions from the link below.

https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us...

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

    Hi BlazeRav,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Please upload the actual minidump files so that I can analyze them.

    1. Open Windows File Explorer
    2. Go to C:\Windows\Minidump
    3. Zip those files
    4. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.).
    5. Then share the link here.

    Thanks.
