How to disable the cursor pointer and enable the multi touch again

I have a windows 10 pro machine and the display supports 20 point touch, but when the windows got updated the screen is showing a cursor pointer and when the cursor is there, the touch is only one.

This has caused a lot problems for me. How to disable the cursor pointer and enable the multi touch again

    Hi there,

    This is not going to solve my issue since i am using a OPS slot in PC on an interactive smart panel.

    before the windows update everything was fine, i could multi touch and touch scroll and it was very smooth. I am not sure what changed after the update, now i can see the cursor on the screen and neither the multi touch nor the touch scroll is working.

    Please find the screenshot of my computer and mouse options. Please help
