The setup package was wrapped using WinZip Self-Extractor, so that's how it's supposed to work. To bypass the WinZip Self-Extractor, you can try 7-Zip, extract the files inside the self-extracting archive to a folder, and then run setup.exe if you want.

You can install 7-Zip and see if you're able to open that archive and extract the contents to a folder.

2022-11-17T16:06:28+00:00 Good day! I'm Raniel. I understand your frustration regarding this issue and I'll do my best to help.
I suggest that you download and run the program install uninstall troubleshooter to install the application: https://support.microsoft.com/topic/fix-problem...
For uninstallation, you may use revo uninstaller (select the "Free" version): https://www.revouninstaller.com/
If that didn't work, kindly enable the "built-in" administrator account to isolate the issue:
- On your search bar, type command prompt and select "run as administrator"
- On the command prompt window, type
net user administrator /active:yesand press Enter - Reboot your machine, then login to your admin account, and check if you'll encounter the same issue.
I hope this helps. Good luck!
