Hi I have a serious problem with my pc in these 3 days it has given me 3 crashes with the same dmp file and I don't know what it can be WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124) A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the nt!_WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error condition. Try !errrec Address of the nt!_WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure to get more details.     I think the 80 to 90 deg is high but not overheating.

    This issue could also be caused by a different conflicting driver.

    I will recommend that you update all the device drivers to the latest version.

    Also, make sure to install the latest WIndows updates.

    Hello, thanks for answering, I have already done the bios and all the components, look at the CPU temperatures and they are between 80 and 90

    1 month ago it is working normally for me and I had already sent it under warranty for this same error, could it be that the cpu is overheating?

    Hi Alejo,

    I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

    WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR means that a fatal hardware error has occurred.

    The dump report indicates "AuthenticAMD.sys" which is the AMD CPU driver.

    Please try the following.

    1. Try to reseat all the components(RAM, Hard drive, Video Card) to the Motherboard.
    2. Make sure that you are not overclocking the PC.
    3. Check your CPU temperature if overheating.
    4. Update BIOS to the latest version if it's available. If not, reset it to default.
