RDP session connection fails with a black screen

At first, I'd like to mention that this is the problem on the "windows storage server 2016" because all the articles I found were about applying hotfixes to Windows Server 2012.

When we make an RDP connection to that server, it succeeds the first, second, and third times.
However, when I repeat connecting and signing out and try to connect after the 4th time, a black screen is displayed and the connection fails.
This phenomenon does not solve until the OS is restarted.
If we try to connect from another client, the same error will occur, so it seems to be a server-side problem.

Below message was record on the event log, but it didn't help us.
"An error occurred when transitioning from CsrConnected in response to EvCsrInitialized. (Code 0x80070102)"

Please help us if you have any suggest.

    Hello @goduma ,

    Thanks for your query.

1.Is the server connected to a SAN which had a corrupt MFT causing iSCSIPRT to constantly terminate and reconnect to the session?

2.Is the printer connected to a Wyse zero-client?

3.What about the workaround to start up the server as save mode and uninstall the kb4525236?

    Hi @Leila Kong
    Thank you for your answer.

let me list below the results of verification according to your indication

1.Is the server connected to a SAN which had a corrupt MFT causing iSCSIPRT to constantly terminate and reconnect to the session?
→Our environment consists of one server and multiple client terminals.
It doesn't use external network storage and try to reconnect to the session.

2.Is the printer connected to a Wyse zero-client?
     →We don't use printer connecting to a Wyse zero-client.

3.What about the workaround to start up the server as save mode and uninstall the kb4525236?
→We checked the control panel for installed updates, but the program was not originally installed.

    In additional)

We realized that the error does not occur if we choose "disconnect" instead of "sign out".
Because it doesn't require login when they reconnect.

However, clients may connect to RDP from multiple terminals, so it is desirable to be able to connect without problems even if we sign out if possible.

    Regards,
    goduma
