Unistall error

Question

Hello I would like to uninstall visual c++ to do a cleaning and reinstall, but when I go to uninstall it comes out written that I have to insert "Microsoft Visual C ++ 2019 X64 Additional Runtime - 14.24.28127" disk and press ok! But I don't know what to do can you help me?
