How open Intune Support case?

Question

So when I go to https://endpoint.microsoft.com/#blade/Microsoft_Intune_DeviceSettings/SupportMenu/helpSupport and click on 'Intune' and then click on 'Contact support' then I only see our IT-partner who we can call or e-mail.

But how can we drop a support case @ Microsoft?

@Chned Thanks for posting in our Q&A. It seems that the page in your environment is different from the page in the support link.

Given this situation, there is another method to find intune help. It is suggested to call Microsoft Global Customer Service phone numbers to get faster help.
