    Hi Prokid64

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

After the reset did you check that all device drivers are installed correctly on your PC, open Device Manager, is there any device categories open and do any devices have an exclamation mark beside them?

The best first option is to go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the version of audio device drivers they recommend.
