    Hi

I'm Christine, an independent advisor and a Windows user like you. I'll be more than happy to assist you today!

Seems you're having issue with the Microsoft Basic Display Driver

    1. Please try to run the sfc scannow to check if there's a corrupted system file. Kindly follow the steps from the link below:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

    1. Update the Display driver

Please right click on Start Menu and choose device manager

Expand the Display Adapter, right click on the MS Basic DIsplay and hit Update.

If the issue persists, please try to uninstall it and restart your device.

Please let me know the result. I'll be happy to assist you all the way until it's resolved.

    Thank you,

    Christine L

I've already tried updating, uninstalling it and restarting my PC. Also the sfc scan had this on the third scan...

    Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at

By device did you mean the graphics card I have installed? I did not buy the PC prebuilt.
