Microsoft store "Get updates" button does nothing; unable to update any apps

Currently trying to update an app via the Microsoft store. The update has been out for a few weeks at this point, and it hasn't automatically detected the update yet. I have tried to make use of the "Get updates" button, which appears to begin to load, however, it will stay like this until I try to click off, or if I wait long enough, it will just return to the normal "Get updates" button.

  • I have already tried reinstalling the ms store, and tried a lot of the fixes found in this post:

And yet still nothing.

  • Windows 11 is fully updated.

I've tried searching around for answers, but nothing has worked so far. Any ideas?

Hello Daniel. I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

Try the fixes which work most often for the MS Store app here:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

If none of those work then Go over Windows 11 with this Performance Checklist to try to find and fix problems:

FFeel free to ask back any questions. Based on the detailed results you post back, I will have other suggestions if necessary.
