Microsoft Defender - does it automatically come with my Microsoft 365 subscription?

I recently started having issues with my google switching over automatically every time I enter a google search, it starts out as as Google search, but switches over to Microsoft Bing. So I researched and downloaded Bitdefender, on a 30 day trial. I talked to them extensively by phone to let them know my issue, they explained what I should do, and I had to run a report that took a while and then upload it into their system. They then emailed after many days and said that it didn't work that I sent the wrong report. I'm frustrated!! I'm wondering if I can get rid of this virus that causes google to switch to Bing using MS Defender? Is it a comprehensive virus protection program?

    Is does come included and is fairly comprehensive, it is only included for US based users at the moment however, I'm not sure where you are located.
