Outlook not opening

Hello,
I have been trying to get into outlook through the Access Panel Applications for a week and it won't open. I there something down?

    Outlook.com currently has problems.

    Hello,
    A user may be seeing an application on their Access Panel because they had been previously assigned to it. Following are some ways to check:

    Check if a user is assigned to the application

    Check if a user is under a license related to the application
