    Yes, i have the pen connected and the error appears when i try to install the XP Pen file

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Please provide more information on this error, do you have an XP Pen connected to your PC and are you getting that error when you try to use that device?

    Hi Kalasa,

    There are a couple of fixes posted to the thread below by John Macdonald C and Emmanouil K#, the problem seems to be caused by old firmware for that pen.
