    The Reliability Monitor also only indicates that the computer was not properly shut down.

    It looks like the computer is only shutting down. It doesn't look like it's being caused by some software or system error. It seems to be hardware.

    This behavior can often be caused by overheating issues. See the temperature your CPU and GPU are reaching.

    Several tools allow you to monitor the temperatures of your CPU and GPU. I recommend the free version of HWMonitor.

    With temperatures above 80°C, you can start to have problems.

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    This event alone does not help to identify a possible cause for the problem, as this event can be caused by several reasons.

    If that's the only event you're finding, you can also look in Reliability Monitor.

    1. Press "Windows + R", type Control and press Enter;
    2. Go to "System and Security > Security and Maintenance";
    3. Expand "Maintenance" and click "View reliability history".

    See if any errors are reported when the computer shuts down.

    If you find anything suspicious, send a screenshot. Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.
